1.What file do you want the logo in?
A:High quality design draft and feasible AI or PDF format artwork is ok.
Pls noted that its useless to enlarge that dpi inside but you need to improve ARTWORK to become clear and qualified.

2.How long it can keep temperature?
A: In normally it can keep 4-5hours, but if you put some ice bag into it, it can keep more than 12hours, some of client also use foam box at outside, If like this way, it is no problem to keep 24-36hours. So it is very suitable for express delivery.

3.How many kilos can be loaded?
A:Different designs different loads.Usually normal design 8-10KGS.
I want to know what’s put in cooler bag,So I think I can introduce suitable bag for you accordingly.

4.Do you have any Audit?
Yes, we have passed BSCI And L’oreal Audit.

5.Is it possible to get sample before place order?
Yes, sure, we can provide sample freely at your courier account.

6.How many size do you have?
For the size of Bag it is always customized, you can tell me what size you need or let me know where do you want to use it, we will give you some suggestion

7.Is this product thermal insulated?
A:Yes.This is called Cooler bag(Lunch bag).Inside material indicate to keep warm or cold made by Foam Foil.2MM,3MM,4MM kinds of thinckness acceptable.
