1.Is the felt material natural or artificial?

A:It is artificial. We call it chemical fiber material. Chemical fiber felt is also known as needled non-woven fabric, raw materials are divided into polyester (polyester fiber) polypropylene (polypropylene fiber). Polyester fiber itself is also a recyclable raw materials, products fully comply with the EU standards, green environmental protection.

2.Can the material color be dyed?

A:Yes, it is. If your quantity is large enough, we can dye material color according to the Panton color you need.

3.What material thickness are your bags?

A:We can do 1-5mm thickness. It depends on your need. And there are different bag making ways for different thickness. I can send you pictures of the different bags we have made.

4.What printing methods can be done on the felt material?

A:The logo can be made with silkscreen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, lazer and so on. You may contact with us to get some detailed pictures for reference.

5.How much weight can the felt bag afford?

A:It can afford at least 10-15kgs(our normal size bag, 45*35*15cm). It can afford more than other materials. Since this material has better toughness and stronger.  

6.What is the sample time?

A:1. For plain sample: We will use by our existe material ,it will only take 1-2days to finish.

   2. For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks 1days for approval first and then do the sample in 5-7days. It's at customer's cost before order confirmation.

7. Do you have any Audit?

A: Yes, we have passed BSCI And L’oreal Audit.
